Sydney-Brisbane Tour with the Adecer-Landingins

23 February - 5 March 2002
Day 4 (Tuesday): Sydney Opera House

Took the bus to Circular Quay then a long walk to SOH. Quite rewarding though being in Sydney's famous icon.

Right: After getting this Snoopy at McDonalds, roamed around Central via this busy mall, Martin Place.

Got amused with the splendour of historical turned shopping destination Queen Victoria Bldg, with its famous Royal Clock and The Coronation at right.

Took a free (by God's grace) Matilda ferry ride from Darling Harbour to Circular Quay. Here, passing Sydney's underwater world.

View of the Sydney Skyline from the ferry.

The Harbour Bridge from the ferry.

And the Sydney Opera House. Excellent cruising indeed.

The city skyline, passenger terminal at left, and historic Campbell's Storehouses at right. Not in Hong Kong, all in Sydney Cove.

The Rocks Square, a hub for shopping, eating and live entertainment.

Left: The Harbour Bridge from Dawes Point Park. Mariel's more interested with the ferries than the camera.

Dennis' (Beth's brod) wife, Kaye and her family. Finally, a class picture.

We ended our Sydney tour with alfresco lunch at Centennial Park with Tito Sonny and Dennis.
