Sydney-Brisbane Tour with the Adecer-Landingins

23 February - 5 March 2002
Day 9 (Sunday): Brisbane City Centre

Attended mass the St. Stephen's Cathedral, strolled around Queen St. Mall and ended the day at Roma St. Parkland.

After delighting the kids at the children's playground proceeded to check out the park's beautiful flower garden and let kids run on spacious turfed lawns.
Day 10 (Monday): Mt. Cootha, Wynnum, Museum

Mt. Cootha Botanical Gardens, perfect for wedding functions and group pics as well. Cheeze!

Atop Mt. Cootha Lookout, one can get a good panoramic view of Brisbane's skyline.

...And a great class picture too along the entrance court.

From there, we proceeded to Wynnum's Pandanus Beach, met Neil/Yvonne's friends, Manang Virgie and Zuela.

Inside the Queensland Museum, you find stuffed creatures such as theeeese guys.

Ended the tour with a cultural glimpse at Queensland Performing Arts Centre. C'mon Mavelle, don't be sad we're going home now!

Ahh! We've had enough of Sydney and Brisbane. The Landingin-Adecers are set for Sydney. C'mon guys, smile! Gotcha.

T'was a tiring yet enjoyable and 'economical' tour. Thank you Lovell/Beth and family for the generosity and making this short reunion possible. Also to Dennis/Kaye and family and to Tito Sonny for the warm welcome, accommodation and for sharing us your precious time, and to Junji/Nicnic and family for the warm invitation and delicious food. Above all, to God for protecting us from untoward accidents and illnesses.
To go back . . .
